I loved working with Mrs. Wang at the Imperial Herbal Restaurant in Singapore. She is so incredibly knowledgeable of Chinese Herbs and their medicinal benefits.

Maggie Beer knows how to French!

When I shot Maggie at the Yalumba Winery with the oak barrels surrounding the set, the aromas from her cooking and the oak were outrageous! Maggie owns the Pheasant Farm Restaurant where she specializes in guinea fowl – as she says – “I cook more guinea fowl than any0ne else in the world!” Which is why she gives us the best tips. Fulvia Sensani from Venice, Italy, has some of the best tips on making pasta. She uses her chemist background to formulate recipes i.e. no egg whites in pasta since they will make the pasta tough! is just one example of her unique teaching style. She is a treasure!
